• We only accept returnes on clothes that are in new original condition, unworned and in original pakkage
• Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted
• No exchanges or returns on special and custom order clothes are accepted
• Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed
• For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable
• Shoes must be returned unworn and in original unmarked box.Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted.Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them
• Shipping is non-refundable
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit
